Susannah Malarkey
Executive Director
Susannah has served as Executive Director of the Technology Alliance since its inception in 1996. She oversees the operation of all TA programs, including the Alliance of Angels, and directs all research and policy activities undertaken by the organization. Susannah works closely with the TA Executive Committee and Board to develop and implement strategic initiatives that advance the organization's goals in education, research and entrepreneurship.

Amy Bell Rousso
Program Coordinator
Amy coordinates the administrative functions of the TA board and executive committee and handles member recruitment, speaker relations and logistics for the Seattle Science & Technology Discovery Series. She assists with many TA events, including the State of Technology Luncheon and Alliance of Angels entrepreneur and investor workshops and events. Amy also serves as executive assistant to TA Executive Director Susannah Malarkey.

Jon Jacobson
Program Manager, Alliance of Angels
Jon Jacobson, 2008-2009 William H. Gates, Sr. Fellow in Innovation & Entrepreneurship, works with the Alliance of Angels team to screen for the most promising investment opportunities for the AoA membership. AoA program managers meet with approximately 20 companies per month and provide feedback and coaching to entrepreneurs on their business plans and investor presentations. Jon also conducts monthly 10 Minute Pitch Clinics and helps facilitate AoA member and entrepreneur events.

Rebecca Lovell
Director, Alliance of Angels
As Alliance of Angels Program Director, Rebecca leads a team of program managers in coaching entrepreneurs and bringing the best deals forward to the AoA screening committee to be considered for funding by the membership. Committed to both entrepreneur and investor education, Rebecca leads monthly training workshops for entrepreneurs, and plans events and panels to highlight trends and provide tools to both the entrepreneurial and investment communities.

Kristin Osborne
Director of Policy & Communications
Kristin manages TA policy activities, including development of the organization's policy priorities, ongoing participation in the College & Work Ready Agenda, and the program and logistics for the Technology Institute retreat. Kristin also produces content for TA presentations, such as the State of Technology Luncheon program; the TechKnowledgy e-newsletter and other stakeholder communications; the TA web site; and press releases and special reports.

Vandan Parikh
Program Manager, Alliance of Angels
Vandan Parikh, 2008-2009 K&L Gates Fellow, works with the Alliance of Angels team to screen for the most promising investment opportunities for the AoA membership. AoA program managers meet with approximately 20 companies per month and provide feedback and coaching to entrepreneurs on their business plans and investor presentations. Vandan also conducts monthly 10 Minute Pitch Clinics and helps facilitate AoA member and entrepreneur events.

Katy Tollefson
Membership and Sponsorship Manager
Katy manages sponsor relations for the TA and the planning and execution of the State of Technology Luncheon, the TA's largest annual event. She also oversees administrate functions of the Alliance of Angels program, including membership and meeting logistics, as well as AoA entrepreneur and investor workshops and events. In addition, Katy coordinates logistics for other TA events, such as the Technology Institute, and organizes board development activities.
