Susannah Malarkey
Executive Director
Susannah has served as Executive Director of the Technology Alliance since its inception in 1996. She oversees the operation of all TA programs and directs all research and policy activities undertaken by the organization. Susannah works closely with the TA Executive Committee and Board to develop and implement strategic initiatives that advance the organization's goals in education, research and entrepreneurship.

Ethan Anderson
William H. Gates Sr. Fellow in Innovation & Entrepreneurship
As the William H. Gates Sr. Fellow, Ethan is responsible for outreach to research institutions, entrepreneur organizations, and the early stage investor community on behalf of our Innovation Showcase program. He screens and coaches participating companies, and helps to connect innovators with the resources they need to successfully commercialize new technologies. Ethan is an MBA candidate at the University of Washington.

Maile Hadley
Educational Technology Director
Maile manages the TA’s special projects aimed at using technology to engage students and educators in science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM). Working with technology professionals, school districts, and community organizations, she is overseeing the design and implementation of a new initiative to promote computer science, with a strong focus on rural and underrepresented communities. By supporting the design, creation, and use of new apps, the project will enrich STEM teaching and learning across the state.

Kristin Osborne
Director of Policy & Communications
Kristin coordinates TA policy activities, including production of the organization's policy priorities and messaging, participation in coalitions, and program development for the Technology Institute retreat. Kristin also develops content for a variety of TA communications, including presentations, brochures, e-newsletters, the web site, media releases, and special reports, and coordinates media relations for major TA events and projects.

Katy Tollefson
Membership & Sponsorship Manager
Katy manages sponsor relations and organizes board development activities for the TA. She also coordinates the planning and execution of the State of Technology Luncheon, the TA's largest annual event with an audience of 800+, and handles logistics for the biennial Technology Institute retreat and annual Innovation Summit.
