The Technology Alliance is a non-partisan, not-for-profit organization that relies on the generous support of businesses, academic and research institutions, and individual volunteers to advance our work in education, research and entrepreneurship in Washington.
Interested organizations and individuals can support the work of the TA by:

- Donating to the Washington Technology in Education Trust;

Events
State of Technology Luncheon
The State of Technology Luncheon is the Technology Alliance's largest annual event. Each year, the luncheon brings together more than 800 leaders from business, government, education and research to celebrate Washington's progress in building a vibrant innovation-based economy and gain perspectives from globally recognized leaders in science and technology.
Past luncheons featured United States Chief Technology Officer Aneesh Chopra; The Innovator's Dilemma author Clayton M. Christensen; Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer and Chief Software Architect Ray Ozzie; Jeff Bezos, president, CEO and chairman of Amazon.com; Google CEO Eric Schmidt; and Internet pioneer Vint Cerf.

Technology Institute
The Technology Institute is a two-day retreat that brings together leaders from the state legislature, executive branch, technology businesses, and education institutions to address key public policy issues affecting the technology sector and Washington's economic competitiveness. The next Institute will be held September 19-21, 2011 at Sleeping Lady Conference Center in Leavenworth, Washington.

Alliance of Angels
Alliance of Angels (AoA) is a membership organization of accredited individual investors and representatives of investment firms that facilitates access to capital for early stage companies with high growth potential based in the Pacific Northwest and produces entrepreneur and investor education events.
Discovery Series
The Science & Technology Discovery Series is a breakfast program that runs from September through May, showcasing timely topics in science and technology through presentations by researchers and technologists from our state's preeminent institutions and innovative companies.

The Innovation Showcase, launched in 2009, highlights commercially promising discoveries and very early stage technologies developed at our public and private research institutions. Research Reports
The TA produces reports measuring the economic impact of our technology-based industries and benchmarking our performance in K-12 and higher education, research and entrepreneurship in order to educate business leaders, policymakers, and the public about Washington's competitiveness. We also study specific issues that are important to the continued growth of our innovation economy. You can support this important research by sponsoring a future publication.
Washington Technology in Education Trust
Support the TA in its mission to advance the drivers of Washington's innovation economy - education, research and entrepreneurship - by making a tax-deductible donation to the Washington Technology in Education Trust.
